I'm delighted to report that the tenured Iowa law faculty voted to recommend that I be given tenure and promoted to full professor!
There are, of course, a couple of more layers of review -- first, the Provost; and then the Board of Regents -- but it's a nice feeling to have reached this stage and to have the confidence and support of my senior colleagues.
