Eugenio's Blog
AnnaK
Jule's Blog

Iowa Blawg Review (updated addition)
If you are an Iowa law student blogger that I've missed, add a comment or send me an e-mail and I'll update this post.
Iowa Law Girl ain't from CA; she's from Arkansas and in your class.

I'm not from Arkansas, you could say I'm from CA. I've been a lot of places, but I did spend a good length of time there. Also, Eugenio is not a 1L.

I don't think ILG is in my class. She blogged about getting red marks all over her paper. I don't use red ink.

Clogging the Internet (me) is a 3L. Thanks for noticing the blog though!

Just b/c she blogged about getting 'red marks' all over her paper doesn't mean the marks were truly 'red' in color; she could have been speaking metaphorically.

Wow, we really have a blog community recognized now. Alright, I can assume that the whole law school is reading mine now. I better be doing some self-censorship--despite the duty of care that I have been so carefully following in the past year or so....

So, Iowa law students, there is a question on the Iowa bar application that asks: "are you currently, or have you been in the last three years, engaged in the illegal use of drugs? If yes, give complete details below. I teach professional responsibility at Catholic U and lead a class discussion about how to answer this question. I would be interested to hear from any Iowa lawyers or law students about how you have answered this question and to share what you know about how others answer it. Replies may be sent to me at [email protected] and will be treated in complete confidence.
