I'm currently a tenured law professor at Lewis & Clark Law School. I previously taught at the University of Iowa College of Law.
I graduated from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) School of Law in 1995.
From 1995-96, I served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edward Rafeedie (Central District of California). From 1996-97, I served as a law clerk to the Honorable William J. Holloway (Tenth Circuit). From 1997-98, I served as a law clerk to the Honorable J. Clifford Wallace (Ninth Circuit).
I spent three and a half years as a litigation associate at Munger Tolles & Olson LLP in Los Angeles, California.
