My new colleague Jack Bogdanski wonders about some of most popular baby names in 2008, including Chloe and Ethan. I say, it must be a "24" effect, with Chloe O'Brien (CTU tech goddess) and Ethan Kanin (first female President's chief of staff -- and, I'm guessing, romantic interest in season 8).
